I'm dying to get this watch. Recently bought a Tudor Black Bay Burgundy from the Rolex AD to build my spend. The Tudor is awesome, but the Air King is all class. Would buy the very moment they call and tell me they have one for me.

It's the Explorer with a little bling, same 3 6 9, almost identical proportions, same movement, they gave it some mudguards and a splash of paint.
Every time I see a review on this watch, it comes off as trying to make a case for its legitimacy. I never cared for Rolex, as a matter of fact I did not like how they looked. I love Omega.designs better. Then this particular model dropped and I immediately knew that watch was going to be in my collection come hell or high water. When you say this watch isn’t for everyone, it implies that every other model is and that’s just not the case. I own this watch and it is absolutely the best looking Rolex for me. Couldn’t care less what the SNOBS think. You got taste, no need to explain why you made the purchase. It’s a bad ass unique piece that’s off the beaten path. Enjoy!

I have a Rolex 126900 (feb 24) & it's a fabulous watch 2 wear , looks great on & sooooooo underrated, the green on the dial, slim & after having a Datejust 41 it just feels so much better.
Love the Airking in my opinion, the best looking watch Rolex makes I love its quirkiness especially the 126900.
Have this 126900 and also a Sub 114060 . Enjoy both, but prefer the glidelock clasp of the Tudor BB 58 GMT, find it gives better adjustment. The AirKing is a great watch to have in a collection and wear on rotation.
I've been wearing the 116900 for two years non-stop. My opinion, it's a great watch but it scratches incredibly easy. Im a machinist on a Great Lakes Iron Ore ship so I'm not gentle with whatever watch I'm wearing. They take abuse. The bezel is scratched all to hell but still looks great. The more scratched it gets, the more it looks like a tool watch and the less it looks like a dress watch. I wore a Seiko Monster for 20+ years on ship and it stood up to the abuse. Let's see if this can last 5 years til I retire. Hope so. I spent considerably more on it.
This will be very popular with the changes. The price is still good, so a smart investment as well. Good buy.

I had the Airking 116900 and sold it and regretted it so I brought the Rolex Air King 126900 is the best Rolex out there with the 18ct gold. Yacht master on the rubber strap as for the others I wouldn’t give them the time of day.
Be you're own man and this watch will definitely make you the man ! I went to my jeweler thinking he had what I wanted but it was the earlier version and I was disappointed.

Yes, it is the only Rolex model with coloured seconds hand in their whole portfolio, and the only Rolex model with crown guards without bezel functions. I'm proud owner of such Air-King, bought at offical AD "Rolex Mamić" in Zagreb, Croatia, last october after waiting for only 6,5 months. I cannot stop wearing and looking at him ❤️🥰👌
