One cannot do without the other both make a huge impact. For example if an eyeshadow is terrible there’s no brush in the world that will make it look good. In my opinion, it’s skill and knowledge that is the determining factor in how your looks turn out. 💕

It looks like you did the corrector on her face powdered and then later went in with the foundation later. I’ve never seen anyone do a cream or liquid after a powder…. interesting.
