The character of Sheneneh came out when I was a cop and Sheneneh was so popular amongst us when we busted drag queen street walkers that there was a competition of sorts to find a drag queen as funny, as interesting as Sheneneh. Unfortunately we failed, but it was a time in the department when we had the right amount of characters to laugh through a shift. Good times.
