Deep and heavy sound from alternate tuning (drop C?) : EBGCFC.
My favourite riff from superunknown album, I've been trying to figure out the tuning since highschool and just found out what it is:D.
I'll complete the song as soon as I get my camera back.

It isn't Drop C. It's a modified Open C tuning. You got the right tuning though. CFCGBE, assuming you list your notes from highest to lowest. It can sound out of tune extremely easy though.

Dude your guitar sounds like its sick. tune the strings to cgcgbe this will give you the right tone
