You can have multiple businesses under one abn. You only get one ABN per entity. So if you want another ABN, you must likely need to setup a new company.

I cant advise on this because I am not licensed to . but i do have a good video on insurances so please check it out. Paying super is dependent on how much you make. If you make enough and have some left over then you should definitely consider super.

Depends what you prefer but I generally like to start it as early as possible so it looks like you have been in business for longer. Great for when you are applying for loans or leases etc
