it doesnt really matter, you wont get almost anything anyway. although i suggest keeping them to craft the badge, I myself like to collect badges to get a higher profile level
Bots merely trade case keys as they have relatively stable monetary value, and make profit by trading you card sets which they collect themselves. It's just a trade as you would trade other players

I think bot is the fastest because from 120 to 170 that's alot of cards and bot already have complete sets so you're just one command away to 170
