I hadn't heard the phrase "parasocial relationship" but I definitely get that. The few times I have interacted with people I regularly watch/follow, the disconnect is jarring. And I have to admit, years ago I did facebook friend request people (not actually with the expectation that they would accept), but oddly enough a couple have accepted it, but it's not something I would ever do now unless I had a good amount of real person to person interaction with them.
This is a great game for a chill stream or off stream if you need some positive wholesomeness injected into your day. I hope you guys keep this one around.
