Drone warfare is horrifying
warfare as a whole is horrfying, regardless if it is for a right cause or in selfdefense... but ukraine has no other choice, to defend her sovereignty.
Definitely seems like a cowardly way to fight if you ask me.
@@huemann7637and that’s why you would be another statistic
@@huemann7637obviously you aren’t a fighter. Street fighting best be dirty and war is not different.
@@huemann7637 "Fight me coward!" heumann7637 yelled at the drone just before a 152mm high explosive shell fired by a D-20 over 10km away detonates between their feet and leaves behind nothing but a smoking crater.
Its crazy to see how much explosives can destroy and how many bomb holes there is on the ground.
Looks like a moonscape
More like rats nests. @@ChetManly2047
Have wondered how to collect (ferrous) scrap metal from such fields - best I can figure is large electromagnets on wheels towed behind farm vehicles, especially just after plowing.
Some of the battlefield are much much worse almost hellish landscape
thats so sad...
Its so sad that one old man's decision has caused so many people to have to live in such a miserable hell.
I know what was Joe Brandon thinking?
its so sad that the people even follow him.
@@EdgyPuer Unfunny AND ignorant. You'll go far in life.
@@no0ns It's actually not ignorant... No one is unaware the Biden family has been involved with money laundering in Ukraine. Couple that with the EU pushing Ukraine to cut all trade with Russia in favor of the EU/NATO, with the promise of becoming part of NATO (An explicitly anti-Russian military alliance). Then look into the fact that the USA sponsored and trained neo-nazi paramilitary groups (Azov battalion) to kill eastern Ukrainians (pro-Russian demographic) back in 2014-2015.
The Ukrainian civil war / revolution in 2014 was set up by NATO members to overthrow the democratically elected government. This war is a curse from NATO.
One old man?? You mean everybody at NATO and Zelensky, right??
Damn, if i was a soldier and would hear the constant drone buzzing above me, i would be scared to ever leave my hole.
id be afraid to get into the hole as well
I feel like this war has really shown the capabilities of lower cost drone warfare to the extent that other countries may/already are developing ones similar to what you would see in black ops 2 which is a pretty terrifying thing.
Bo 2 is set in 2025, which is pretty close
Imagine what America's drones are like. The closest glimpse we have is the 2016 drone swarm test footage... it's nearly a decade old and it's terrifying.
there are cartels in mexico making great use of commercial drones just like these against one another and civilians. it wont be long till we see a dragonfly with a full stabilized MG on it lmao
Look up RAF 'Jackal' drone
Right on time too, given BO2’s setting
It’s terrifying how accessible this tech is, the camera quality is so good…
Man those drone operators are impresive.
What about it is impressive? Like it's war i get that but it's just someone sitting in safety behind a screen killing people.
There is no risk, nothing.
A child could do it.
So yeah, it's war but again, what about it is impressive?
cowards.
@@hazerusblazerus4203 They are causing significant casualties amongst Russian troops, along with psychological warfare(which affect Russian combat performance), while not putting themselves in any imminent danger. It's the smart move. It doesn't necessarily mean they are cowards. Would you also call the logistics personnel cowards because they're not in the trenches with a gun in their hand? You benefit from thinking before you comment. Do better!
@@madman2u If only u knew brother ...
@@madman2u but hey, there's still time to learn right?
i really appreciate you editing in sounds of war. makes the video so much better than just music
Thats the original footage sound probably
@@Maliketh_the_black_blade. no it’s not. He’s said in past videos he adds the sounds. Drones don’t record audio.
Is the buzzing and the sound of the payload exploding etc also edited in?
@@monsterpda yeah everything you hear is completely edited in. It’s extremely impressive how well he did it.
Fattyyyyx
Yeahhh, he's not editing payload receiver sounds, kaboom sounds, etc. No, that's drone audio
Finally a videos with no obnoxious music. Lol thank you for this.
dude the zoom is just incredible!
Such a hellish landscape. Imagine how hard it must be to keep morale up in that hell
💯
These fields just look like WW1 no mans land
This entire video is profoundly disheartening; the battlefield resembles hell, particularly with the ominous ambiance and distant sounds. It's not just the sorrowful nature of it all; the fact that people can be killed by drones adds another layer of distress. I genuinely feel sympathy for everyone involved in this war-such a tragic and horrendous situation.
Just be glad you ain't fighting
Yea@@samholdsworth420
it is truely a tragedy and travesty. but the one to blame is putin and his camerilla of bootlickers and lickspittles.

It would be cool to know more about Arnie. I lived in north eastern Finland for 6 years. I am partially Finn myself and some of my best friends are Finnish military. I was super proud to find out that there are a lot of Finns fighting in Ukraine. Hakkaa päälle!!
Конечно рад... много свободных рабочих мест
I cant really give away details due to OpSec but when i was over i met some Finns and they were some of the most badass Mfers i have met. I dont know anything beside the Fact they served at home, and some have been over since the original Invasion, fighting without break. They ended up gifting me some hella expensive Gear they didnt need which saved me over 3 Grand.
Finland still has conscription so all Finnish men eventually get military training, women can also volunteer and do in fair numbers. I have career military friends there as well. One was a Jaeger and trained APC crews and served in Kosovo. Finns definitely have Sisu or for lack of a good English translation you could call it guts. They whooped the soviets asses in the winter war and never forgot about it. I actually held a few war trophies from that war. I think the Finns understand more than most what its like when the neighbor gets feisty and tries to roll on them....@@totesfleisch258 they are good people and I am not surprised to hear them helping out fellow soldiers.
Arnie’s not finnish.
@@alexandersmith2893 are you sure? I'm certain I've watched a clip or two where he spoke Finnish to another squad mate. His accent is very much the Finnish English and Arne is a Finnish name. I could be wrong but from everything I can put together he is indeed a Finnish soldier. I have tried to find more info but I haven't been able to find anything more. I am sure it's mostly because of opsec and I totally understand that.
Damn Arnie drops this f1's with insane presicion
Thank you for posting
The sheer amount of artillery potholes...
Sheesh, some of those look like Viet Cong tunnels they're so tiny. I'm surprised they don't try to fashion some kind of forward slanting roof so the grenades can't easily roll right into the hole by gravity. In WW1 it was common practice to either do that and/or have a grenade sump which is basically a hole inside the hole that the grenade rolls into or is kicked into so the fragmentation causes less damage.
in the Marines we are still instructed/taught to make grenade sumps whenever we dig fighting holes
Perhaps this particular phenomenon (not using grenade sumps etc.) goes to show the lack of proper training amongst the Russian soldiers?
@@Rthurr_No, it's due to the fact, that whenever you take new positions you simple don't have time to do necessary work. Usually you're immediately receiving counterattack or drone/artillery bombardment. Try to do little engineering while you can't rise you head up.
Secondly, nets or covers are considered, tho still used when able, a waste of resources, cause artillery will ruin you position anyway.
Evidence for all I said? Look at the entrenchments at the frontline, they speak better than any theories.
@@sloptek1807the US Army teaches to always be improving your position. The video shows 2 separate attacks across 2 days and the fighting positions look basically the same. You'd think after fleeing a position and then retaking it you'd do something to harden it a bit more.
It shows that the Russians either lack the training or know-how, or the discipline. A hole in the ground like that is basically the first thing you would dig to create a fighting position and within a couple days of occupying it should be at least a little more complex.
That PKM is more useful when concealment and cover is built up.
@@hunterkiller232134 Yeah-yeah, it's all good and stuff, but read my comment again. You don't improve your position under fire. You're claiming that there were no art/drone bombardment between two attacks? Hard to believe.
And even if that's the case, how you gonna improve your position without proper logistics? Both Russians and Ukrainians can hunt down anything, any squad or vehicle, on depths of 5-10 km from the frontline. So the thing, if you have no materials and can hardly get ammo/proviant you won't be able to adjust your positions.
Ofcoures you can try to dig frozen soil or put some tree pieces, but that won't help much.
You know what's the difference between us? I don't slander Russians , I much prefer not to underestimate enemies.
The landscapes of war are heinous
You added battlefield asmr music to this, I know because I listen to it going to sleep every night since I got back from the front
so unbelievable when we can watch the real war on phone
I wonder if some birdshot would be effective against the drones
it would probably have to be 3.5 inch turkey loads to be able to reach that high up. they call it BB shot and its bbs that are .177 caliber steel balls which work great on high flying birds and up close its like buckshot
Maybe an automatic shotgun or a semi-auto one with a high capacity magazine and the right ammo (e.g. steel buckshot) could be a viable option as a short range anti-drone gun. Assault rifles are pretty much ineffective in this role.
@@pigslayer106I once shot a Mallard from about 10 yards with 3.5 BB shot with my Winchester SXP and the duck pretty much exploded 😅
imagine sitting in a cold ass firehole for hours and a soviet grenade is dropped right in front you by a drone that you can buy in a store back home
crazy to see that whole landscape full of craters and entire tree lines just destroyed
И там люди 😢
Now this is combat footage
Love how they call a PKM the "Pokemon"
That's gotta be the scariest fucking sound. Reminds me of the soundtrack in an area in the game Elden Ring.
You gotta feel bad for the men who suffer and die and cant see their family again due to one man’s decision I’m not just talking about Ukraine, I’m talking about Russia too.
If you think "one man" is responsible for this then you have a kindergarten level of understanding of the situation.

Having to occupy a isolated postion with zero cover, awsome.
Where is the PKM? I can see gas cooking canisters and the two small tunnel holes. But i don't see a gun.
Edit: i see it now, aligned with tree stump, close to tree stump 01:59
Україна переможе!
Its weird hearing all of the war ambience in the backround, because I've only ever heard it from video games. But now that I hear it from a video and it isnt a soundtrack its a scary thought that war is happening 24/7 and that you can hear it and its all real.
This just goes to show that you are my favorite yter and that my dream is to go to the military ⚔
Counter FPV backpack?! I did not know there was such a thing. Are they truly effective, or just a moral placebo?
Is that counter drone backpack battle proven?
Хто до нас з мечем прийде, той від меча і помре ...
Drone warfare is scary af
I saw an edit of this footage with the song say yes to heaven
oh man this is so messed up..... the more people who see this, how war is done these days the less people who want to get into a war.... becayse with the tech we have today this shit is just terrifying and discusting
Не много радует ,что существует обезбол
Says a lot about training and discipline that they’d abandon a platoon weapon like that, especially one as mobile as a PKM.
Also left it outside and gave their position away
How is the bomb reloaded?
After each bombing run, he would fly it back to his position a couple kilometers away, reload it, and fly back. 5 minute video was really a 24 hour day for him
@@CivDiv i am a big fan and i am really happy to see new vids from arnie how are you and him doing? and i hope your are doing well with the whole alergie thing
Fortunately these orcs aren’t paying too much attention, but each time you land and retrieve a drone your risk of counterattack goes up since the enemy could track your drone’s flight path
@@LakeTahoeSNCUkranian drone operators also fly in erratic lines so ruZZians can't track them
@@LakeTahoeSNC This is true, but drones are really, really hard to track. They're very small and fast, with an extremely tiny radar, heat, and audio/visual signature.

These grenade dropping drones are brutal man. Jesus...
Interesting

I just hope Arnie doesn't go into combat without learning the language and be fully able to talk to his brothers in arms.... never do that - anyone - go mute into combat!
assaulting the position with infantry with spotter drones and grenade drop drones overhead would either effectively suppress the enemy or drive them from their positions to somewhere safer...
So many young folks dying for what? Useless war!
Good vid bro
do those back packs work, seems like someone should be making them for free
Десять лет назад это была фантастика с дронами. По крайней мере в фильмах. Думаю в течении короткого времени патрулирование в городах будет дронами. И только при его сбитни кем то ,будут приезжать милиционеры.
Thinking about it, it sounds really scary to be a drone operator scouting with your drone, and then you just get hit by a grenade from a drone yourself
Is it new footage?

Drone warfare is a nightmare for traditional trench and foxhole tactics
I saw an anti drone backpack. Whats that ya?
That backpack is too expensive, these "soldiers" lives are considered cheaper. A lot of them are Russian convicts that were given their freedom back as long as they fight.
Slava Ukraine💙💛🙏💪
Oh God, the ukraine has the support of pron bots. It's so over for Russia.

Go fight
why would I go fight? im not a soldier, I have no experience or skills. I help in other ways my love.@@sonyx5332
The drone sounds like a giant wasp.😂
How are those russians sitting in those trenches are getting supplies ?
The landscape shows no cover for vehicles to bring in any supply .. so water and food get short quickly as well the weather conditions will let them freeze ...
wow, the mighty russian army hiding in holes in the ground...
How would you do it?
They'll call this the war of the Moles.
They need to un-nerf Battlefield - these dudes know how it’s done!
How can this civilian drone store so many bombs? Is it factory made or selfmade?

youtube when ukrainian footage with gore: 🥰🥰
How do they have so much precision and know where to aim?
You only see clips on Telegram/RUclips. I was quite disappointed to see unedited videos with multiple misses when the highlight videos make it seem like 1 drop 1 kill every time
@@LakeTahoeSNC so is it just a guessing game trying to aim the bomb then?
@@anonymoususer480 It falls about the same way every time, succesful hit rate probably increases a lot with time and repetitions

So we can look this area up on Google earth?

It’s hard to call it position, no concealment, no protection, no connection. But this is war, long hard war
Storm troopers supported by drones dropping grenades. Yes yes yes
Нихрена себе там плотность огня была, перекопано все и деревья посрезало 😮
Да там на всех направлениях все посадки выкошены.
I heard they're rigging anti-tank mines and dropping those. True?
Yeah, the large 'baba yaga' drones use TM-62 mines as well as other large explosives. They can be pretty devastating.
wtf how big are the drones?
🙏🙏🙏❤️
The fact that Ukrainians, together with their curators from the United States and Europe, lost both iconographically and in fact, it makes no sense to deny.In terms of GDP growth, Russia is No. 5 in the world and No. 1 in Europe... AND THIS IS DESPITE ALL THE SANCTIONS, THE Russian ECONOMY is growing rapidly.
будем мстить за своих
Whats more concerning is what the drones are going to be used for on civilian life
RIP pkm
What happened to the men that surrendered from the steel plant?
Большинство из них до сих пор в плену. Около 40 человек были убиты россиянами в Еленовке. Все они подвергаются пыткам, побоям и голоду. Красный Крест не изъявляет желания проверять условия содержания военнопленных. Росияне хуже нацистов.
