- Weiss Schwarz Chainsaw Man booster box and trial deck cards came out for English Weiss Schwarz on Feb16th. The booster box and trial deck will have sign cards. I go over the release day prices. I talk about the prices of playsets and where the value of this set lies. Sellers priced the cards too high and too low. Some buyers were caught off guard.

It feels like many physical stores have moved away from buying TD cases. Im seeing so many pf the Stores on the FB groups posting Playsets without TDs
I couldn’t agree more about playseys being underpriced. This isnt 2018/19/20 weiss anymore. The game is booming yes, but there are also less store randomly buying cases and less backpack vendors. Sets are very playable and RRs are carrying the prices. Look at the Last 4 sets. All absolute bangers and underpriced for the playsets. Guilty Gear has adjusted and is around $375/$400. Spy should be a $250/$275 playset and so should Chainsaw man.
yep i see a lot with just 12 tds or none like u said. lycoris recoil is the one that will be fun to watch.
even if chainsaw man eventually goes to 175, i cant imagine it stays there long. unless bushi surprises with a reprint but thatd be really weird to me. Makima is listed at 25 right now. i know people will still be opening and that number should change over the week but it has been pretty wild.
i opened 2 boxes and got the makima i will grade that shit and frame it it`s a collectors dream come true
