0:52 I do a stucklaunch on the newspaper
1:01 I use the shelf as a staircase to get over the fence
1:04 Normally you're supposed to go through a vent and remove the board blocking the door from the other side but due to a mapping error there's a small gap between the door and the wall that you can grab it through
1:30 There's a generator in this dark room that you need to activate to open the door at 1:35
1:45 There's a small gap by a broken window that let's you access to upper floor
1:53 Pressing this button starts a timer that opens a door so I stay stuck for a bit deliberately to give the door time to open.
2:11 The barrel is the only prop that fits through this gap which is why I had to bring it so far
2:14 This area is right above the end of the map
2:28 There's a clip brush in the middle of this bridge I have to strafe around
2:55 The freeze here comes from saving and loading the game a couple of times which extends the fuse of the grenade
3:02 I throw a grenade just before hitting a levelchange which due to a glitch causes me to instantly throw another one when the next map loads
