This is Amazing!!! watching live your life and being able to fulfill ur dream is Amazing. It is now time to get my life together. I am not yet 20. but I want to make it by 25 as an architect and entrepreneur in fashion and architecture. You give me motivation.
And one suggestion I have that you could maybe layer with your other sleep regimens is tart cherry juice. It helps your body to naturally produce more melatonin. I started drinking a cup maybe an hour before bed and it has helped me with my sleep a lot.
