I completely agree, Disney movies and stuff doesn't really have that special vibe to it. Disney animation is trash compared to the animation in some animes in my opinion.
It's ok the only important thing is that he is in heaven and is proud of you because you have to live the best life you can just like he had the chance too
Animation can make alone but it took lot of skills and time...There are some anime like videos made by a single person and it look beautiful...So it's possible.
