Yuji can do that because there are two souls in his body and Kugisaki's CT already does that, but I don't think damage on the soul is something Todo can do The point of the Black Flash here is that Todo can operate at 120%, so he can better support Yuji who will be the actual damage dealer out of the two

Don't get me wrong, Jjk is miles better than mha , but the United States of Smash is one of the best moment in anime i have ever seen, the build up, the music, the premis that All Might was going to die if the attack didn't work, it was all done beutifully
