You swap those steering tires like that, you will find out how those sidewalls on the side of the road.
I always rotate and flip my tires every oil change ut last me a year and a half or so when I do. Steer tires ain't cheap

That's a good question, not mpg is the same but my tires last a bit more longer then just 1 year of normal wear and tear.
