I feel really bad for the people on your team who worked hard to get where they are. Just for a heartless higher up to singlehandedly destroy your reputation over greed. This is what team smg will be known for now, and it makes me angry that because you handled this situation so poorly, other people on your team who probably had nothing to do with the decision to fire ninja, will inadvertently be tied to this as well. The manager should resign.

This isn't even an exaggeration. Charlie is very influential and not once have I heard him involved in any controversy. The fact that he made a video on it makes this even worse because of how broad his audience is.
