    I asked for the rotary stop after discovering that my BHC 18 didn't have it. This will save me from having to buy into another battery platform when it becomes available in the U.S.

    Thanks for bringing this out along with the reciprocating saw. It was frustrating not having some of these basics covered and it's even more frustrating to have to carry 2 or 3 different brands battery platforms around to satisfy covering what many would consider fairly common tools. While the BHC is enough for what I need, I bought the recip saw meaning I don't have to buy a Makita and thus for me, enter a new battery platform.

      Wha.... I thinks its safe to say most builders have multiple battery platforms. I have Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Bosch. I mean, if you want ONLY festool, you are limiting your scope of work.

    Why is it made in China?

      Yes, product parts are manufactured in China, however, it follows global Festool standard specifications and guidelines as any other power tools to make sure it provides high power and precision required for the specific job.
