Very nice again. Who would of thought two DFAM's would sound so good. They are very interesting bits of gear. Will seriously have to think about getting one.
Paul Zavadski yesss. Throw the grooves :) btw thinking of uploading an endless variarive loop recorded, instead of making anything out of it. (Where I just was searching for something :)
This is why i bought an " Edge "" !!!! For these kind of Rubbery , buttery Analog sounds !!! Plus the MC 707 Is perfect for 1Hit samples , ie kicks , hatz n snares !!! 😉😛👍jaffa
Sonome Yep, I thought so then too :) That would be really interesting (but only if got everything else I want and unlimited cash) But I am more into crafting full tracks eventually than only live jams, so a single DFAM is a perfect all-in-one source, which is more than enough for full complex tracks :)
Thank you! Yep, this can often be even more fun than techno evenings :) Though the tiny step knobs are sometimes difficult to control the exact positions for harmonies. But I don't mind :)
@@EY-zz7xj Yea, it's crazy versatile, I love this thing. I haven't even gotten to sequencing it from rack or DAW yet because I've had too much fun for the last 2 days just teaming it up with the 0-Coast on my desk :)
This is beautiful! I got a DFAM as well. I love to use DFAM not as “drum machine”. I pair mine with delay pedals: EHX Memory Man and OBNE Dweller. I use Korg SQ-1 to sync mine to Ableton Live. How did you sync your DFAM to Live? Congratulations! Best regards!
@Claudio Portugal mine is non dc-coupled, that is why I failed to send correct cv to dfam via ableton CV TOOLS. But I did succeed with that project I mentioned. Here is the info ruclips.net/video/1k2OcHunKhs/видео.html That’s to say I could not calibrate dfam via cv tools and play notes via external keyboard, and the reason (as I understood from a bit googling) is non dc-coupled audio interface.)
@@EY-zz7xj i saw this Atilla Hanak tutorial video. I’ve tried to follow his instructions but it didn’t work... thank you for sharing how you did your sync! I will watch this video again and keep trying. Tks!!!
Claudio Portugal oh, I do remember I had to wrap my head around it as I too failed a few times. Can’t recall what were the reasons but eventually it worked. The main problem was then that I couldnot mute the pulse itself :) Anyway dfam really lacks midi in :( if no other cv based software to sync from
Your dfam jams are some of the best I’ve seen. Just sub’d and can’t wait to see more.
Thanks and welcome to the channel :)

Thanks. Really can't stop discovering lots of new sounds. Although it's been 5 months since I got the first one.

@@EY-zz7xj it maybe funny. I also think subharmonicon will fit'em )

this uppers tones cut through beautifly, nice catch of that!!! Love this ambience build around it...
Glad we hear the same mate : )
Just sub'd. Moog should pay you, as the DFAM is now on the must have list. Great work.
Andrew Ross Thank you and welcome :) Though the channel is not limited to dfam so hope you will like the other content coming later :)
wow! you really know your DFAMs 👍
So cool. More 2x DFAM plz. Interested in this setup.
Thanks. I'll try :-) Got a few more, please see previous vids and descriptions.
EY these videos so great. Just got a subharmonicon and look for inspiration- this is perfect

Had a little experience with mc101, which seems to have a lot from 707. Great box with awsome synth sounds! Have fun :)
Oh my god, get three DFAMs! lol

BTW Thinking of switching one of them to a subharmonicon some time later. Might be ideal for dfam. And waaay more complex and interesting.
Great stuff. DFAM incoming, and looking for just this kinda thing, someone pushing it into more melodic territory.

Analog Monoxide yessss same here! First Synced with Ableton after a few weeks :D (0-coast is on the wish list though I am really afraid of it :)

Thanks :) I used to sync via a special project sending pulses from ableton to dfam, and later - via sync out of korg minilogue.
@@EY-zz7xj To be able to send pulses from Ableton to Dfam is it necessary a Audio Interface with DC-Coupled Outputs?
