There is a reason why YT Terms of Service are so vague, that it might as well not have them. For this exact reason, so that they could do whatever to fuck they want and nobody would be able to hold them accountable. This way they can have two completely different reactions to same exact thing, depending on completely arbitrary personal preferences.
Russel Brand was completely demonetized over nothing more but ALLEGATIONS. This blowup doll gets a few of her videos demonetized, temporarily, over OBJECTIVELY breaking the law, not to mention YT rules. Any notion of fairness or rules are completely absent from YT - it is a tyrant that does whatever it wants.

We have been groomed to "think from other perspective", "listen to both stories" while not understanding that even serial killer would create some messed up reasons why his actions are ok. I think RUclips doesn't want to boot her off because if they do that then it sets a precedent of needing to hold other creators accountable, or needing to boot them off as well.
The irony is I had just got done complaining recently about how whenever police officers or teachers fuck up, the immediate response is to put them on "unpaid leave", which is effectively all RUclips did for Sssniperwolf, except from what I've gathered about the monetization practices of a lot of bigger RUclipsrs, there's a very very good chance that her bottom line isn't all that impacted by RUclips Adsense, for better or worse. A channel of her size, she no doubt gets most of her money from sponsorships, merch, etc. So this "slap on the wrist" is more like a vaguely bad vibe sent her way, or a disappointedly shaken finger.
At this point I wish enough Creators would rally and have a sit down with the heads of RUclips to hash things out. Show the receipts of every bias and poor decision and get a clear answer as to why they acted that way.
YT would never do it, and the answer is obvious: the heads of RUclips are simps to their big earners/pretty earners, much like Twitch.
Thats not gonna happen youtube never comes out and sits down with any one let alone a group. They have their secret list of who they like and to promote and any not on that list doesnt get anything and gets picked on by youtube. case and point jacksfilm was picked on here when blame was put on him not because he did something wrong but because he opposed someone youtube liked.
Literally never would happen and even if it did there would be no change. The only time that youtube changes something is when it becomes mainstream news as it then affects advertisers. It wouldn't matter if almost every creator on the platform complained about something if it didn't affect that.

@mr.mediocregamer9653 Yeah, from listening to said podcasts myself, most of his videos would get demonetized, so it wasn't worth the effort. Especially since Chris likes doing the editing himself.
If you like Chris's humor, the Snark Tank pod is worth your time. All the podcasts are also demonetized because he doesn't censor himself, but it's subsidized by the podcast Patron.
If the gaming one interests you, it is called Sacred Symbols, focusing mostly on the gaming industry and happenings with the PlayStation ecosystem.
If you like the more visual format of his comedy with videos, he said he's working on a Halo video, but with videos now just being passion projects, I doubt we'll get it this year.

He did a duet of a scooby doo song with Derrick (aka SomeBlackGuy) a few months ago and did a couple of "gay" parodies also uploaded on the Snark Tank Channel. Chris is really, really, REALLY bad at promoting his work. I don't have a Twitter, but he does all his promo on there. If I wasn't an avid listener of his pod, I would probably miss all the new stuff he does. Hell, I probably have missed some of his projects because he's so entrenched in Twitter.
If you liked Chris's more serious singing, the Scooby Doo cover is unironically really good. If comedy is more your bag, you can look up Gaydioactive, and it should be the first thing to pop up.

Outside of the obvious reasons, RUclips's response to this is especially bad because it almost guaranteed that a similar conflict will result in more drastic action from the people involved. If the "legal" route is ineffective, people will circumvent it to get results.
Criticizing a creator:
❌Ineffective
❌Requires a lot of effort
❌Needs multiple people to have a chance to work
❌Likely to be ignored by figures in power
Literal, actual murder:
✔Easy (2nd amendment)
✔Guaranteed results (dead)
✔Solo activity
✔Company has to respond due to severity

I generally think that taking someone off the platform is almost never the best option, but there are times like this where peoples health and lives at risk that its warranted to remove someone from the platform with little or no warning.
I think its just really sad to see all of this come from a full grown person. I am beyond pissed that she not only did this, but is getting away with it, as well as ban evading on top of it all.
