Chad using that Bristol board , cutting it out with scissors like an elementary school kid doesn't make any sense! It would be SO much Faster to measure , mark the sheet metal and cut IT ! . OR he'll guess at shapes and sizes , cut a piece then have to cut more small pieces to fill in gaps ! It takes more time, requires more welding and grinding, and body filler ! . CHADS right about 1 thing , anybody could build customized cars like he does THEIR own way , providing they had a place, tools and equipment! That's ( MY PERSPECTIVE CHAD HILTZ ) !
