when S3 pvp came out everybody got a reset on their ranks so you dont see many SSS ranks yet and they add a new rank which is called Star rank and ranking up takes the same amount of time to do notting more but you do get items new gear by ranking up like helmlit, wings and something else cant remember.
nah its more like accessories but it do helps alot tho they have good stats. henir set still best end game gear but most just go for the weapon and use SD gear.
And I thought BH was already strong and it still got buffed...? Didn't really watch the vid, I just read the patch update and...I don't really see the need for BH to get that buff. But hey, maybe it does? I don't know, Ele isn't in ESPH yet. >_

Cat Play nah I can vouch for him. My connection and pc are good enough for gaming and void completely fucks me over. I can't play chung on there cuz the void doesn't let me do x drops.
well for me it lags in such a way that my hits are delayed whenever I hit my opponent. And you already know void is full of people that constantly run away from you in pvp for no reason so it makes it even more frustrating. I've recently gone back to the normal NA server but I sometimes go back to void to spar with my friend.
I miss my BH T-T I have no access to elsword, the only place I can get on the computer right now is the public library and they don't allow downloads T-T. #lifesucks

AlisaCyber okay, so the VP awakened, and received bonus mana and mana capacity via "Limited Mana Management" Passive. They then used Phantom Breathing, which drastically reduces elemental resistances, and hits several times. Since the VP had Plague (Dark) El, she stole large amounts of mana, and that amount was amplified by Phantom Breathing. If you were to watch the amount of mana stolen during Phantom Breathing, you will see that it said +27 mana several times. this was sufficient to build 420 mana (the max mana capacity, from Limited Mana Management), and was able to use 3 Hell Stones (300 mana), and those hits gave a bit more mana, making that remaining 120 mana go above 150, allowing enough mana for Poison Cloud. Was that too long of an explanation? I'm sorry XD

Renato Policarpo Pre revamp TT, WS, and SD (good thing SD didn't hit NA pre revamp...) were pretty ridiculous too, things just shifted. The game was always pretty imbalanced.

Well, somebody FINALLY asked for a 50% critical rate cap in the suggestion poll. Now they just need to ask the developers to reduce the advantages of higher-equipment-enhancement for PvP and heavily nerf the damage from frostbite, burn, and poison (not el enchants).
Nikusuaruku Umm the 50% crit rate cap would be a horrible idea in terms of balance. If they did that then players would get 50 crit and socket the rest of their slots with Add/Red dmg. So as opposed to players with high crit rate, and high HP who have average defense, you now have players who hit not as many crits who's crits hit for insane high numbers + they would have High HP with a crap load of defense from the reduced dmg.
Let me clarify a few things: 1. All damage modifiers including critical doesn't affect the damage bonus from the 'add. damage' stat. 2. Even though 'add. damage' ignores all defenses, the damage is still negligible unless the target has very high defense AND the player deals a lot of ~200% damage hits. As a result, this stat is a lot better than critical for IS, CN, BM, and CBS at end-game levels. This, however, is still only a barely decent trade-off for the excessive amount of mp they give.

PVP in void lags so bad that it makes me wana quit pvp forever
on void lags? ha ha ha =]]] go on NA ~ then quit pvp. Void has NO LAG! what so ever.. only those players with wood PC or with intentionate lag.
