Man this game looks so fun to play! I love the overall similarities with the original, and yet everything is revamped enough that it feels like another game entirely. Playing this with friends must be so wonderful also! But you definitely gotta be zero'ed in haha, easy especially for those not familiar with the game to make mistakes of inattention. You're welcome! It's been really fun putting these playthroughs together. This is quickly becoming my favorite solo game. I've had a few opportunities to play co-op with my Meetup group, and most of the people I've played with have loved it. There's always lots of little mistakes and omissions, but they rarely have a big impact on the experience. Only issue with co-op is it is LONG. A full 3 or 4 Act game with four players is an all-day event. We usually just play Act 1. The rulebook does have instructions for starting a game in Act 2 or 3 though, which is nice.
27:55 missed one damage from Consume buffing the lightning evoke. Again at 29:05, missing two. Didn't end up mattering though. I'm honestly impressed that was the only mistake made across the entire climb (I'm ignoring the times where you caught yourself, since those don't count :P). There are a lot of things going on here, very easy to loose track of one of them.
@@MarantaAndrew My assumption during the playthrough was Snecko already activates every turn, so I couldn't activate it again. Based on what I'm reading in the game's discord, it looks like you're correct and Loaded Die could trigger it. That would have helped a lot! Great question!

Nice! I can live with that. Always a lot happening with Defect, but they're very fun to play.
Is sneako eye not considered a relic for the loaded die?
