And because he invests as much as he does in his stream, that's partially why he's as successful as he is. Plus, his charisma and caricature of hardcore egotistical gamers helps too.

Hello Dr.DisRespect, I will be brief, since I have less than a month to live according to my doctors.
I remember your speech from 2017 when you won Streamer of the year award (big congratulation btw) that so many people are texting you with their issues and it really bothers me that I have to bother you with this too, but trust me, If I wouldnt be writting this from the hospital's bed, where I probably ll die soon, I wouldnt write this at all. I am 25 years old boy from Slovakia with the severe lung cancer, and I know that you said on the ceremony that we all with the issues have to overcome our problems and dominate, but for me my time has come. I just wanted to say, that my last months, that I spent in hospital, through my healings, medications, therapies, severe pain in my chest, you allways made smile on my face. Every single time when your stream was online I was watching and in that moment I forgot about everything bad that is happening to me in my life. I forgot about pain, about sad future, about emotions that my family have to go through and that they have to witness this tragedy. Despite all that, I was laughing, I was happy when I was watching your streams, and I just want to say, Thank you Doc. I know that you have tons of fans and you maybe will never read this message, but I beleive that there is slight chance that it will get to you. You are amazing person, and if human being with my issues and in my situation can be, atleast for that short moment, when you are there on my screen, happy, that must mean that you can make everybody happy and you can make smiles on everyones face. Thank you for being awesome streamer and person that you are, sincerely, your big fan, Thomas :)

The difference between Doc and the rest of these so called famous streamers is that Doc is actually entertaining during his streams, the other guys I'll give it to them they put some good content up while streaming but Doc is on another level in terms of entertainment, and that's why I watch him instead of the other streamers.
