I love Muhoyo but they gave Kevin the goal of taking herrscher cores for his plans, only to have the man never involve himself in a single herrscher incident. Like if the dolls are weak against Uber powerful beings with no herrscher core, why didn’t Kevin clap it for world Serpant and have Mei just pick up the core. Or why didn’t Kevin show up for the HoI fight instead of relying on Shiscal to help Mei. Bad writing.

u need to play the whole stage from 1 to final stage and u will get to unlock this boss fight if it dint work just keep playing it til u get a interaction
Someone help me, i do this fight currently but each time klein appear i just cant trigger that button and it just freaking stuck at that moment. I dont know what to do except restarting the run but the result was the same
So Mobius is a giant snake fighting Mei? that wont end good I still remember Mei's Teyvat counterpart split a giant snake in half
And herrscher of thunder mei should be stronger than her genshin version

It’s because you equipped the thorny crown thing and equipping it triggers the 1 hp thingy
