Good vid man. I would recommend using a noral rubber trans mount rather than the CEM bush mount. The noise and vibe transfer is terrible with the bush mount. I changed to a Jeep wrangler trans mount and it's sweet now.
Keep posting your RUclips shorts man, I'm so glad I found your channel. I have a profound love for diesel and I'm glad you do too, now let's talk about getting you a 7.3 iron, or one of them new 6.7s, absolutely bulletproof V8 diesels
Awesome build bro.. hopefully yall dealt with that killer dowel rod issue those cummins motors have.. but id assume with the amount of engine work an all the details yall have already dealt with that woulda been figured out aswell but amazing seeing that beautiful engine going in a Nissan patrol.. cant wait to see the rest of the videos..
Hey mate really good video, just a quick question how much did all the machining cost for you block and head ?? As I I have just torn down my 6bt and looks like it will need machining and I have been told it will be quite pricey??
ruclips.net/video/rkoQyjqh09M/видео.html Note: There is a difference between soud "dampening" and the reducing of sound by itself, if that makes sense. What you a re doing there is to damp the BODY soud by sampening. This is good. But that is just 1 part of the story. Something like foam will reduce the noice that will be transmitted via air. One always need to do both. The first part (body sound) doe not need to be fully covered, like you did correctly.
You had me at "Yank Tank". I had to come and see this.
