Good job going over the components. Saw you did a video on character classes. I'll be checking that out next and want to see what else you do with this game.
Yeah, i decided not to buy the addons/expansions purely as i didn't want to spend too much. However, i'll be happy to buy them at retail once they've released. Going to get the core campaign completed first though! 😁
It would be great if you went over the different character classes. It looked like the cards were double sided with a different class on the back. It looks like an insurmountable task ahead, to deal with so much material.
@@SoloAdventuring it confuses the hell out of me. I need to open now all the expansion boxes and check. I would think logically it would be in the main box, and higher numbers in separate expansion. Can you tell me what sort of reference cards you have? Other then skills and magic? I think I also may be missing something but not sure
@@HQBunker I think cards 13 - 17 were added from stretch goals, so it may have been they created 10 - 12 in the expansions before they knew the stretch goals would be met. Only a guess though... In addition to the magic and class reference cards, I've also got a magic die card, a tentacle/maw card (that's for an expansion I don't have yet), an NPC action card, a malagaunt reference card, and the campaign log. That's everything! ☺️ What do you think you're missing?
@@SoloAdventuring when I asked on their channel they said that with cards you will never need to check a book again, when I suggested it would be good to have a card with rules for resting, statuses and turn order, so I thought maybe there is one
That's a whole lot of content for a simple... Well, maybe not so simple, but still, a whole lot of parts to play with. Was always interested DnD and DnD like games, but never really managed to find a party to do so, best I can is vidya. Still, guess might follow this channel as well to see where it goes.
One of the reasons i got into board games was because i could never commit the time to a proper DnD group. It's been 3 years, and i've been loving every second of it! Welcome to the community, my most loyal viewer! 😁
@@SoloAdventuring Is it fun playing games like that solo? I mean, I'd gladly try stuff like that out, I recently went with a safe bet and got a board version of Slay the Spire, so definitely something I knew I'd enjoy, but never really tried those fancier board games by my lonesome. Also, yes, hello my dear RUclipsr, whom I totally haven't had the pleasure watching before. Happy to join.
@@Kaedevirus Honestly, I have as much fun with boardgames as I do with videogames. It takes a bit more imagination and learning rules, but there are some tense moments! A lot of games are designed with solo play in mind, but it's still great fun to get other people involved when you can. This channel is my way of finding the middle ground. Solo play I can share with you guys! 😁
@@SoloAdventuring Understandable. Can't wait for an 8 hour long video of you playing one campaign. I'd watch that. But yeah, maybe, someday I'll get some board games like that as well, of course if you manage to make them interesting enough. It's all on your shoulders now.
I can't wait for my pledge to arrive. Happy gaming!
I'm excited for you! Can see us having many hours of fun with this game! 😁

Awesome. Mines is due Weds 18th. Missed out on expansion but will buy from wayland games.

I‘m so confused. What does this version have that the retail edition is missing?

That, my friend, is a fantastic idea! New video uploaded for your viewing pleasure! 😊
Do you have hidden location cards nr 10-12?
It doesn't look like i have... I'm guessing they come in one of the expansions i haven't bought yet! 😊

@@SoloAdventuring I located the hidden location. You've been right, nr 10 is in the Maw expansion and 11-12 in the forbidden creed

Never heard of it but it looks like a fun game! btw your kickstarter link is no bueno
Ah yes, apparently i need to verify my ID before i can add external links. Working on that now! 😅
