Where would I go look to find out if I’m credentialed with Medicare in Maryland. I know I’m credentialed in Washington DC. Is there a site I can go to to pull it up

Can a clinician located in Florida provide telehealth services to a client based in Florida while the main clinic is situated in New Mexico? And can the main clinic bill for the services provided in this situation?

Does the physical office apply to clinical psychotherapists as well? What if it is a virtual office, or an office that we visit once a month but primarily work from home? Thanks!

You can be a sole proprietor and be a Medicare provider. I can't trust the rest of this information at this point.
