dude its in early access as in they are still ADDING to it and that it is not finished yet, so judging it based on its carried over from mobile to PC version with very little currently added when its basically in an alpha stage is not really something that makes sense, I mean if you have suggestions go and suggest them? its a work in progress, and it IS still fun like this because there are alot of people who enjoy watching nations build up splinter and crash only for them to nuke them in the end and not that many games give that sorta freedom to create and destroy at will without there being some cost or consequence when really you shouldn't have such things when you are supposed to be playing as a GOD, and that is the allure of this game finished or not.

The WIW popping up over and over and over again in the end was just perfect. They were all in boats. Nuking the land meant nothing to them. Humanity and their boats won it.

I remember 2 years ago I played the app and then I started waiting for the full release. This is a lot better than I thought. Alright Jon, we need a political landscape battle like you had with worms a while back.
Man i love this game, I've been following and playing since early on in development and it's just steadily been filled with more and more stuff consistently for years. There's so much more depth than just watching the silly little men run around. For example, there's height to each block and also temperature, that's why you get deformation and water flowing in to bombed land. My favorite part of all of this and why i got it originally though is the AI civs. Originally, while decent, they were pretty basic and either went to war or expanded. These lil dudes would literally swim armies across the ocean and drown sometimes, there were no boats. But now, they're actually pretty smart for what it is, and there's a decently complex process as to why they do things and also the result of those things. I have some worlds that have gone on for a looong time, and long lost civilisations of extinct races still have an impact to a degree on todays world because they left behind some crazy legendary weapons or armour, which was plucked from dead kings in war and passed down from king to king. It's almost nostalgic to hover over those weapons and see the name of the creator and civ, remembering how they once conquered half the world, and now all that's left of them is this ancient object still in use. You really do start rooting for these dudes, and as god you can sometimes give them a lil (or fuken huge) nudge in the right direction if you wish. Anyway, hats off the the devs. They keep pumping out good, fun content and they don't seem to slow down.

Ususally I'd never pay much attention to a game like this, but the way this video presented it, I'm feeling really inclined to go and buy it myself. Very nice. 👍
I have two big issues with this game. 1) There is no real diplomacy. Nations will randomly declare war on one another from across the world for seemingly no reason, just happily genociding one another constantly. 2) Nothing is fleshed out or seemingly added with thought and care. There are so many 'cosmetic' animals that're different only in look and stats. I wish wolves could form packs and take territory, bunnies eat crops, domesticateable dogs and cats that could scare them away; cows, chickens and sheep being herded by ranchers and slaughtered for food, etc.
The reason the main island of Pise just died was because you didn’t fully get rid of the plague, it’s an incredibly difficult thing to fully get rid of since if you miss even one person it will spread again and it spreads very quickly

yeah it was a mobile game but recently they got enough money to make a bigger version for it on steam now in early access

The reason the main island of Pise just died was because you didn’t fully get rid of the plague, it’s an incredibly difficult thing to fully get rid of since if you miss even one person it will spread again and it spreads very quickly
