The first beat at the start is from a very famous iconic Egyptian songs and it's just so frustrating how kpop producers nowadays are just using songs from other cultures especially Egyptian and Arabic culture and without giving them credit. Our songs are not for free use they are older than all of kpop.

You know something, just because in Egypt kpop is not big so the original producers won't likely know they used their songs however if they know they would easily sue them this is stealing literally and they are not small artists so no excuse for them.
How do we know they are not being given credit though? Or is it moreso that the concern comes from people not knowing that a sample is being used in the first place/the origin of it? Because those are two very different things.

Have a disclaimer before the song that says “this song takes inspiration from this country and culture”? How about you email this artist that their music is being “stolen” and we’ll see where that goes.

As I said kpop is not big among musicians in Egypt and this song is older than Kpop itself it is one of our oldest songs and if you search it you will know that its producers are dead now and so they can only reach their ancestors for permission and I highly doubt SM did all of this

BoA was holding back on the choreo because lets be honest the other girls aren't on that same level. Hyoyeon is close. If BoA went all out it wouldn't look as cohesive
