Coming from a 20+ year of customer service, I I freaking LOVE how blunt, and to the point she is with customers! The politeness of how she delivers her information is flawless! Not to mention she's hilarious!

I vividly remember the pilots wife that was trying to get a massive amount of luggage on the flight, she did the whole " my husbands a pilot" crap Jane spoke to him on the phone and said " would you allow this on your flight? NO I didn't think so" the woman then had to walk to the other end of the airport to check her bags with a carrier. Jane said to camera " see if she had been nice we could have sorted it for her now she'll miss her flight and I'm sure we don't have another one for her for ages" 😂😂😂

Being Irish myself, I never realised that Jane went into our national airline Aer Lingus - I’m surprised that our national broadcaster RTÉ did not do a show featuring Jane at Dublin Airport 🇮🇪☘️🇬🇧❤️

I was an Fa for a small Canadian carrier, I loved Jane, she was perfect. I will look at finding her for a hug next time I'm in the UK, lover her. I was an FA for 14 years then finished my 34 year carrier as management. My parents are British and as such I knew the best way to tell people to "sod' off but that doesn't work outside the Uk lol. Love the series. We had a pub after our flights too btw to decompress. I"ll see you soon Jane, every airline employees hero, cheers.
Spotted Jane at my gate in Luton a few moons ago now. I was exhausted from being stuck on Majorca for over 30 hours, so was somewhat smelly and frazzled. Otherwise I'd have said hello. But Kudos to easyJet for getting me out of a hole. I walked up to the desk in Luton that day with £65 to my name and they got me on the flight to Edinburgh I needed to be on no fuss.
How has Williams own channel have more subs than this still . 😂😂😂😂 this is English comedy gold and needs more promotion. I only found this on a reel yet love Jordan on r1 for years and never mention this on his show ! Come on let’s blow this duo up now and get a tv show on travel .
I feel like they are kind of blowing up... No. 5 in Spotify podcast charts and been high up in there for quite a while. Jordan did a short series with the woman who played Liz in Coronation Street (who he met in I'm a celebrity... Get me out of here!) where they travelled through Spain. But they haven't done anything together on TV other than been contestants on game shows. Would love to see them more though!

I can remember travelling loads in the early 2000s late 90s and all I can remember is being delayed permanently and stuck at various airports. I was a kid and had to travel between countries and got trapped in Madrid for 5 hours on my own without any plan (yes, it was legal lmao) - I think this is why the passengers were so perpetually pissed off 😂
