Great modifications! 😍😍 really love how you filled that space with the donut shop! Fits perfectly 😍 and adding the additional floor above the flower shop keeps the level varying throughout so that looks really good 🙌 glad you kept the rainbow steps too 😁 Thanks for sharing! 💕🇨🇦
those rainbow steps were challenging but they were a must to keep!! The flower shop also was a challenge as I wanted to use parts I had but no matter how I built the windows or put the balcony in, it just didn't look right so had to order those parts off Bricklink 🫣
I had to take it down because of the music but they have cleared it now 😀 This is a great way to use those mini sets that normally are placed somewhere that can't be seen!! Just another building idea

And I love how you make them all in the main street style so they can fit next to each other, I'd love to do something like that one day! 😍😍 Btw how do you have so many blue and grey 2x2 tiles? What a great modification! That space was too much but now the do'nut shop (yours is much better than Lego's!!) perfectly fills the gap!! So clever! Makes me wish i'd bought this set now! I may do if it goes down in price some more... and yes, 3 stories are better than 2!! 👏

I was very lucky to find this set on eBay for cheap so maybe you just need to hunt around for it, I'm sure it will be discounted soon where you are. I heard on Ruth's stream that you said the UK doesn't have many discounted LEGO sellers like we have here in Aus. Fingers crossed you can find it, it's a great set
@@JoJosBrickTime thank you! Yes we only really have Amazon and Argos that have discounts,but not all the sets. Amazon now has this set for £94, which is the cheapest its been, but i really want the new botanical garden and community centre, so i'm not sure what to do.... 🤔
@@plethorabricks3165 maybe wait then and see what the new sets will be like and then save up for this one. I'm waiting for discounts for the news sets so it might be a while before I review them
Love the apartment! I want to MOC my community center. I had entered all the Lego pieces I wanted but then I cleared my browser history without thinking what it would do to my order 😅. So I have to go back and re-enter each piece I want again haha. Do you think you will buy the community kitchen and community center? I love them! They are what made me want to buy a Lego set for the first time in life haha
That's always so frustrating and annoying when you lose all the parts! Then you re-enter them and forget and end up adding waaaaay more extra parts!! I have 2 community kitchens and still have to build the centre and I am hunting around for a sale to get another centre hopefully!! Have fun with your new love of LEGO and building and creating!!!

it makes more sense to have the door of apartment to the right side i have being thinking of doing the same
that way you can use those stairs a lot more, it's just that balcony you will lose if you don't go up a level 🤔
