Nathan my girlfriend and I just finished a 10,000 mile 70+ day trip around the US our CT110 and CT125. We've 20k on the 110 and 15k on the 125, I think it might be the highest milage 125 in the world right now. I broke a spoke on the 110's rear wheel every thousand miles consistently.
Thanks for making the videos you did back in the day which were a big inspiration for me, finally got to do a little of what I've always been hoping to.

It's worthwhile pulling the clutch cover off regularly to clean the centrifugal oil filter & the oil screen. I dodged a bullet recently by checking mine just before an outback trip, only to find a piece broken off the gearshift selector drum. Engine out & split the cases, bugger.

    Marvellous machines.
    Honda at it's best.
Madness not to import the ct125.
    Mistake, mr Honda.
    Happy travels 👍

Do you replace the headset bearing with a tapered roller bearing? I would have thought they would last much longer than the original ball bearing.

Not worth fitting grease nipples when you pull the bearings? Bloody jet wash kills all eventually.

Oil change every 1,000 km. Couldn't you last until 2,000 km? I always put a touch more oil in my Aerox 155 and my 390. These videos are really interesting.

Nathan would you sell Heidi’s front rack please? Just picked up an 81 ct110 with 650miles on it from Seven seas :)

It's ideal not to although if Ive got 10 to clean for the next day it's the only option unfortunately. I find if you put it on a soft spray it tends to be ok. A close up high pressure and they won't start after
