Heizou is a really tragic character, even outside his vision story. He speaks about "not having to worry about being high-status" in his Ayaka voice line, but he hails from the Shikanoin Clan and it's stated to be "prominent" in his village in one of his character stories. He wants to rid the world of sin, yet he's villanized due to his unorthodox methods by Sara, Kokomi, Gorou, Thoma, Sango, Kano Nana, etc. Due to all of this, he's an extremely lonely person because of his own ambition. I could go on but I don't want this to be an essay, so point is Heizou needs some friends. Please let him have some friends hoyoverse.
Heizou is such underrated character. his personality and way of seeing the world is quite interesting, more interesting than a lot characters in this game. and I agree, my boy needs more friends!

An interesting revelation I discovered about Ei, is that she knew what she was doing during the Vision Hunt Decree. She knew that taking away Visions were taking away their Dreams, and she was doing this for that very reason. The Khaenri’ahns Dream of Dreaming, which heavily implies that their ambition were taken away, I wonder if we’ll learn more about the workings of Visions and/or Ambitions if we look closer into these two things?
thats effectively killing people if we take it from a real world perspective. Human race without ambition becomes stagnant and just deteriorates until natural death or natural catastrophe. So it baffles me how so many people think Ei did nothing wrong cause she wasnt saving her people she was killing them in the slowest and quietest way.

I still think archons are involved in vision granting, but in the same way that grants work. I've been on assessment panels for government arts grants. Artists apply for money to work on a project, then panels consisting of other artists review and score those applications, and even have meetings to discuss their scores. Then the top X% of applications are approved for grants. But it wouldn't be accurate of me to say that *I* gave that grant. The person giving that grant is the government agency. Even though I (and the other panelists) was making decisions that led to who gets what grant, i can't claim ownership of it. Similarly: archons can give input, and it's their input that determines who gets what vision, but they can't claim ownership of that process. Visions come from Celestia Inc.

Yes. Knowledge in the art of swordfighting is not expertise. So compared to the Knights she doesn't know how to use a sword, but she still has a bunch of knowledge about it, so she knows how to, but just doesn't do it well.

So the date isn't exact with Fischl receiving her vision. Still, she is the closest known Vision Holder with receiving time that matched with the time Electro Visions stop appearing. This is why many people think, including me, she's the last Electro Vision holder. This is not meant to sow disinformation, I apologize about that.
coming back to the "lord arlecchino" is funny now that we know she is also referred to as father. so maybe it wasn't a mistranslation but the only way people know her that are outside the orphanage. So either they planned it this way, it was indeed a mistranslation or just sheer chance

However, one of her friends's parents died and decided to cut off all comunications with her, possible out of grief. While her other friend decided to leave Mondstad, and thus leaving Surcrose alone.
