This was the quickest preorder I’ve had done. My one grip is that I don’t like that the unmasked head was made a deluxe exclusive when alternate, especially maskless, heads are almost always included with the standard figure

Here in Japan I had to wait a couple of days to preorder it. I was going nuts thinking I wouldn't be able to get it, but thankfully on 6/14 it was made available and I got my preorder in for the the deluxe edition. I am shocked the normal version didn't have one maskless head. Very odd.

I've been watching your videos for about a year or so now but this one finally pushed me over the edge into buying one. I do have a question since you mention it often but would a pose like what they have him in also be damaging to the arms clothed and silicone? Or is it more extreme poses?

Man when I saw the pictures online of this figure I was blown away and the first thing I thought was "I can't wait to see Justin review it. I have been living viciously through you and your collection for quite some time. I decided a while back I was going to allow myself to get a 1 small cohesive set (and thought it would be a batman or Din Djarin until now). I collect props and only have so much room in my office but THIS will be my first figure guaranteed.

This straight up confirms hugh WILL wear the iconic mask. It's either edited out in trailers or Hugh will wear it for the final battle or remove it/it falls off in certain scenes

This Wolverine is awesome, it is very difficult not to go for the deluxe version, as it combines the comics and live action looks, everything a wolverine fan always wanted, I am waiting for deadpool as well, hope the movie is good

I’ve been waiting on your preview Justin and Ryan! Great photos Ryan! I’ve been waiting on which Hot Toys Wolverine to get and this is the one. Love the head sculpt and masked sculpt. I’m more of a book fan than the cartoon so this really clicks for me. I might end up getting two to take advantage of the different options they are giving us. And yes, I figured we’d get a Deadpool first but I’m guessing that Howard is more of a Hugh Jackman fan than Ryan Reynolds what with all of the different Logans/Wolverines we’ve gotten over the years.

This figure does look really cool! If I was more of a wolverine fan I would defo buy this. My only real complaint is that the battle damage pieces won’t match the rest of the fabric suit. Not the biggest deal though, still an amazing figure!

Great review as always !Preorder the deluxe as soon as it came out for preorder, looks absolutely amazing as my firtst and only wolverine and deadpool ( whatever they reveal it ) i hope the new deadpool figure have a headsculpt like in the movie without the mask lol , the best looks and how most people will display the wolverine probably will be with the headsculpt without the sleeves but with the sholder pads, and with thr battle damage parts .

Having experienced the grounded, more realistic suits of the Infinity Saga, I wasn't feeling the comic accurate suit when I first saw it. But it's definitely grown on me and seeing it in figure format, it sealed the deal that this is 100% a must have
