ouch means being partnered with one of the most non consumer friendly gaming companies. worse than EA, Ubi, Activision, Blizzard..okay, maybe not worse than Blizzard..but it also means getting multi-unsubbed (your TT, YT, and here) from a single nobody you don't care about who actually stands on the principles of caring about games and the people who play them, and not milking parents for v-bucks.
I just found this Pod and MAN was I emotional throughout all of it. I cannot wait for this PDP Guitar and the future we as a community are about to embark on.
I actually say it’s awesome that guitar support is coming in later. I got into OG guitar hero playing on the ps2 controller. I got accustomed to the game and its engine then I got the guitar. It’s getting people used to it and eventually get people more hyped for the game!!!! What I also see happening is them selling the guitar with a complimentary 500-1000 vbucks so they can buy songs that they want right out the gate GET HYPED PEOPLE!!!

I played Guitar Hero back when it first came out. I bought a PS2 (I was an Xbox guy) just for GH2, 3 and Rock Band. I have great memories playing World Tour at a friend’s house. I later bought Rock Band 4 and loved it but later sold the instruments because I fell off. I have since regretted that many times… Fortnite Festival reminded me how much I love this genre. I’ve bought an old WT guitar and a mod kit to finally give Clone Hero a shot. I’ve redownloaded Rock Band 4 in anticipation of this new controller. I am psyched that FF has brought me back and it’s been awesome seeing kids discover this genre for the first time and having a similar experience that I did back when I first say GH1.
this new guitar is the best thing that could have happened to me, these guitars are IMPOSSIBLE to get in Argentina without paying three times the original price because of international shipping and every guitar thats available in the country is some shitty unusable low quality bs, so yeah, i'm so happy about this
I actually have a Jaguar as well, but I didn't like the select button (or overdrive) placement. It's way too far to hit unless you have a long pinkie or let go of the strum. I'm hoping they make it easier to reach with these new guitars so it's more comfortable to activate
I do hope there is someone with the Fortnite technical chops working to *privately* preserve the charts and audio. I also hope they're smart enough to not let that out publicly.
I know I'm three months late on this, but personally I prefer RB guitars bc of the fret style, I find it way easier to slide my fingers on them. Definitely gonna be picking up a Riffmaster as soon as they're back in stock and I have the cash.

the mission it is put a GH neck on pdp guitar and a mech strumbar, and it is enough for me, lefty mode wont be a problem on the pdp at least
