- Wabtec continues to test the MCA system on its 2 chief customers Union Pacific and CSX they may look like random passes but they generate a lot of data to perfect Wabtec's newest operating system.

Why is it that a lot of the csx engine numbers being renumbers to 7000 numbers after it was a number from 1 to 999 on the engine before going to WABTEC
They're a new class of Locomotive after being rebuilt, and the railroads create a new number series for them.
Wait the csx ac44 is actually 7578
I got used to seeing 7278 as it was tested extensively too.
What’s the battery electric GEVO up to
Stored in the south yard for the last 2 years.
Why the blue barrels on the front of the engines
They have a slippery substance in them to test wet rail conditions.

Any news on Csx dash 8 or 9s rebuild besides boring cm44s and Mac’s! Csx should improve by getting rid of some gevos..
Most of the Dash 8s and Dash 9s went to G&W railroads. GEVOS are slated to be modernized after the ACs
@@stephankoenig5481 What do you mean? There still some in the storage yards! And why will the gevos be modernized? They just got them like almost 10 years ago!
