Lovely, but for the sound. There are misheard/misunderstood subtitles, "I got kicked out of school aged 64" sets the bar, then 'My own Ricardian resin' for 'Henri Cartier Bresson'.
Always been a fan of his photographs but never seen/heard him interviewed before. He appears to have been a lovely man. A shame he’s gone. I have to concur with the comments on the music; not needed and way too loud. I had to re watch three times to catch everything Chris was saying. Whoever made this was more interested in the music than the man it would appear.
Whoever made the film just made a bit of an error with the sound, thats all...why would they make this if they werent interested in the man? Daft thing to say.
Lovely! But the music obscures his sometimes soft voice. The levels need adjusting.
I agree the music is way too loud to understand him properly, how he deserves to be understood.
He is the best! To bad you put the music so loud !
Bless you Chris (Passed away 13th October 2020).
Yeah, sad loss but an amazing photographer by all accounts.
Can't hear a word this man is saying because of the annoying music in the foreground.
music too overpowering. timed well but should have turned the volume down lol
Chris Killip captured the human condition in his photographs and they bring sadness and joy to all...so beautiful!
Wonderful photographer and lovely compassionate man. The anecdote about his father in the bar is very moving.
Fabulous video and great interview. Shame about the music drowning out the conversation, unnecessary.
please , make a new edition without music.
Beautiful. Except for the music.
This was so lovely and uplifting. Thank you.
"I'm not interested in being cynical, I'm interested in being..." What???? SHITTYMUSIC ARGHHHHHHHH. For the love on God, do this video again please.

What a lovely man and a inspirational photographer, thanks.
Great photographer, great video. But I had to keep playing it over to try and catch what he was saying through the unnecessary music.
Beautiful!
Whata torture this music, can't hear anything !
Leaves a sort of scar, remembered as though lived then, with indelible sorrow, loss, struggle and hopeful rise, a gathering again of wildflowers.
Music too loud . Couldn`t hear him .

Lovely interview. Pity about the rubbish music.
Who mixed the audio on this? Turn the music down in future. Otherwise it was a good interview (what I could hear).
RIP 🙌🏻
Beautiful
Exquisite.
I love his work but sadly I can hardly understand him with that awful loud music!
beautiful
what did he say at the end? I'm interested in being......?
He said, "I’m not interested in being cynical. I’m interested in being empathetic.“
I replayed that last part 3 times and still couldn't figure it out due to the music.
Sound mixing is terrible, can hardly hear a word he’s saying.
Ohne die dämliche Musik würde man ihn sehr viel besser verstehen
