The housing crash is well underway and it will only get worse from here before we see any relief. Prices will fall by 70% before they go back up.
You don’t understand Canadian real estate. Summer is slower than spring by far. People don’t want to buy homes are readily in July and August. They are busy with kids and by the time they get the house it’s Sept and Oct and don’t want to be moving while school has started. Also the fact you think prices will drop 70% lol. Let’s make a bet.
