    THE MARKET WILL NOT PICK UP! RATEs WILL DROP ANOTHER QUARTER AND PRICES WILL CONTINUE TO GO DOWN TO another 10% depending on the area TILL END OF THIS YEAR. AFTER THAT THEY WILL HOLD STEADY but will not go up.

      In fact, the house prices hit the bottom when interest rate hit the bottom. Strange but that's how it works. Investors put on FOMO during the rate cut to unload their inventories but they are not buying during this time. Unfortunately those that didn't look at history will end up buying high. That's the SECRET if you got this message. I am just messager you do whatever you want.

    It would be foolish to buy right now. The economy has already started tanking, people are losing jobs as companies prepare for the recession. If you have to buy, put in a very low offer.

Don’t be surprised if your local news anchor becomes unemployed. Sandie Ronaldo I am looking at you. If Bell Canada can go down your local Brampton crack shack is next.

    Inflation will likely come in at 3 percent next month but probably drop to 2.5 or 2.6 the month after... pause on rate hikes in July, cut in September. Home prices to remain stagnant. My guess. Not gospel😊

    I'm sorry, but for you to say June, July, and August are slow on a normal day is very foolish.
    These are typically the BUSIEST months of the year and they are now being devastated.
    The housing crash is well underway and it will only get worse from here before we see any relief. Prices will fall by 70% before they go back up.

      You don’t understand Canadian real estate. Summer is slower than spring by far. People don’t want to buy homes are readily in July and August. They are busy with kids and by the time they get the house it’s Sept and Oct and don’t want to be moving while school has started. Also the fact you think prices will drop 70% lol. Let’s make a bet. You place the amount. I’m sure you will be very quiet because bears always are when I wager a bet.
