I just returned from 5 days in Como... I may have enjoyed your video more than my visit, ha! You seem like a pleasant couple, with good ideas, descriptions, pacing, and sense of humor (those power lines really DID enhance the view... :). My wife and I stood for 2 hours on a crowded boat from Como to Bellagio, zig zagging across the lake to an ungodly amount of stops. The views of the towns were great, but after 2 hours we were ready to get off the boat and book the speed ferry back (which you can't book online). Your ferry ticket is probably a better option. Anyway, I plan to watch more of your videos. This one was a delight!
High prices in Italy - many outlets have more than one rate for the same thing: you remain standing at the bar will be cheapest, then you can sit inside for more money or sit outside for even more money. And when you sit down at a table, check that "the table" and "table ware" (service, cutlery) are included, or not. Or human services.
Nice!. I love the way you set the hook. I have been trying to figure out how to do this better. We are big proponents of waking early on a trip to avoid crowds. I look forward to seeing this for myself soon. If you are still nearby, the Rhatian Railway is a must. Subed to see more of your fun, playful content. My father and I love to inspire and be inspired by other travelers. As park rangers with degrees in anthropology, we are drawn toward content with information on culture, historical sites, ecology and local food. I appreciate you sharing your experience and I look forward to being here on our Drive around the world. - Bear
Hi guys, really nice review! I am wondering, what kind of drone did you use to get those videos? I will like to visit Lake Como and some other places in Italy and I think a nice drone camera will be a good idea. Please let me know. Thank you! :)
Hey Luis, we used DJI mavic 2 pro but now a days there are so many better options, for example you can get dji mavic mini 3 pro. Cheaper, lighter and better battery life
Hi, love watching your travel adventures! :) I'm visiting Lake Como with my family in July so that unlimited boat trip ticket seems like a great idea! Just wondering, did you have to book the tickets in advance and if not, where did you purchase them on the day? Also, how frequent are the boats? Thanks :)
Thanks! You can buy the boat tickets at the pier where they leave. I don’t think they book out 😀 they go like once a hour, but not until really late.. so make sure you plan it wel haha. They have timetables there 😀 enjoy your time there, it’s incredible beautiful!!
How many days would you advise? Planning to visit Como with my girlfriend end of august/begining of september. Also planning to visit some places in Switzerland on our way back. Driving with an EV.
If you want good croissants, you need to go to France. We were very disappointed in the food in Italy last year: a pity, it’s a country with a long and rich culinary history.
The best croissant ever we found in Italy actually 😄 At Lake Maggiore! Dreaming about it everyday… I think Italy is full of amazing food, but for sure not in the touristy places. Lake Como was the biggest disappointment for food…

Beautiful video
Hello, can you give us more details of which stop to alight at Argegno to get to your Hidden Gem via the cable car?
I really appreciate the dedication to finding a quality croissant spot. You are my people.
Haha we are thinking of traveling through Italy to find the best one 🥐 it’s surprising how bad and perfect they can be!
very helpfull thanks
Glad it helped 😀😀

Looks lovely. What month were you there?
In July! High season haha 🙈

2-3 days are more than enough for Lake Como, September would be nice as it will be the end of pealk season
@@LetsMeetAbroad Dank je wel! Kijk ernaar uit. Vooral ook de route terug via Zwitserland. Lucerne, Interlaken, hele mooie plekken.
Hi I’m planing to visit lake Como I’m September. How much would I spend on restaurants and food, approximately?
One meal for one person would be about 20-25 euros, and that’s for the most basic place. It is quiet expensive out there
so happy to read and see ur videos, love from pune 💝 , pari khan
Thank you so much 😊
Would love to know the name of the place with the hazelnut croissant :) you said it was a hidden gem but not the name!
They showed a sign of "Lake Bakery" just before so I expected it to be that place ;)
EUROPE has the most beautiful villages❤️❤️❤️
True!! 😍
Prachtig 👌 gr. Uit Lelystad
6:48 🤣😂🤣😂😂
Your work is so amazing .. keep doing it.. don’t effect by response
Thank you so much Veer 😊
He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life - mohammed Ali ❤
I am the only person who does not holiday in the summer?
Haha that is actually really smart to avoid the crowd
I would rather take it from the European residents, i mean the Italians about their own homeland!
More of the lake please and less of the commentators. You can narrate without being in the frame. Like 70% of your video is of you guys talking.
Yeah that’s how RUclips works! 10 seconds of video and people click away. Would love to have more people like you 😉
😂😂😂
Yeah… but like wrong country for looking for a croissant????
Haha yes, but we found some of the best croissants in Italy, so it has raised our expectations haha
A word of advice, maybe turn the camera around more often, your faces aren’t the destination….
