    I can’t wait to try the corner dc. I’ve crocheted for 70 years and never seen it done that way. It’s a clean look.

    Oh my goodness! How cute! Love all of your videos and ideas! I just finished enough granny squares to cover a little lamp shade so now I can work on some of the cute half square triangle ones for your cute little bag! You are amazing Erica…wish I could do 1/4 of what you do with fabric and yarn!

    I'm on the two tone for the blanket now Yay me! Okay...so you mention that if it is round it's perhaps because I need to make sure I have two chains on each corner but at the start of the video 9:45 you only have one chain for the pink...would that not make it round? thank you btw for the tutorial

    Thanks for such a wonderful tutorial. I would have to use a thicker yarn. I love everything Lori Holt, but this yarn is really small.

    • @erica_arndt
      @erica_arndt  Год назад +1

      Yes, it's quite thin! It's 2 weight which is basically fingering in my opinion. I used a chunkier yarn for my afghan and it worked great!

  • @Breezbug

    Would this yarn work for wash cloths? These are so cute. ❤

    • @erica_arndt
      @erica_arndt  Год назад

      Yes, it's 100% cotton so would be great for that!

    I would like to say thank you for sharing and showing it clearly for beginners too. I have a set of questions like
    Q1. What if I make say instead of CH4 I do CH5 by mistake and continue to do next further steps?
    Q2. What if I insert into the wrong hole while doing DC(sometimes I get confused while counting including hook hole)and continue to do the next further steps?

    • @erica_arndt
      @erica_arndt  Год назад +1

      Hi! If you chain 4 instead of 3 your stitches will just look a bit looser there, but it’s not the end of the world. If you get your DC in the wrong stitch, you’ll see a little space there. It won’t matter much. The main thing to watch is to make sure you have the correct number of stitches for each side or your square will start not being square 😊

I haven't gotten past the first 3 min of video jumped right over to blog lolol lol I'm curious are the large ones needed for what is being made? Is there a video/ blog pattern for that as well. 😂I know to many questions 😊
