I fell in love with this song from the moment I heard it.
Ring Your Bell is a great song, but this version just brought everything to a new level. It's a piece that feels like it's grieving... and yet somehow it's still full of hope.
It's a song for you, the audience. You who played FSN, you who watched the Deen anime, hell, even if you watched Fate/Zero first. Shirou doesn't know who Illya is in this world, but we do. It's a song for us.
And that's why this song of mourning feels like... a song of morning. Knowing that the night is over, and the day is to come. We have to turn our sorrow into strength- if not for our sake, for her's.
A few notes about this cover, since you probably noticed: it's not in English. The original sounds like it's in Latin, but it's actually one of Kajiura's languages she made to use for songs, so... I couldn't translate it. But that's alright. I think it's perfect the way it is, anyhow.
This is also a fully acapella cover. No backing track, no instrumental. Just... a single voice. It's both the least, and the most I could do. I think it's quite fitting.
Next is the song of resolve.

    "Today was fun, Shirou.
Thank you for remembering that small, easily overlooked promise.
    Let's come here again, sometime."
