Modern numerology often contains aspects of a variety of ancient cultures and teachers, including Babylonia, Pythagoras and his followers (Greece, 6th century B.C.), astrological philosophy from Hellenistic Alexandria, early Christian mysticism, early Gnostics, the Hebrew system of the Kabbalah, The Indian Vedas, the Chinese "Circle of the Dead", Egyptian "Book of the Masters of the Secret House" (Ritual of the Dead).[4]
Pythagoras and other philosophers of the time believed that because mathematical concepts were more "practical" (easier to regulate and classify) than physical ones, they had greater actuality. St. Augustine of Hippo (A.D. 354--430) wrote "Numbers are the Universal language offered by the deity to humans as confirmation of the truth." Similar to Pythagoras, he too believed that everything had numerical relationships and it was up to the mind to seek and investigate the secrets of these relationships or have them revealed by divine grace. See Numerology and the Church Fathers for early Christian views. However, that does not mean that Pythagoras had coined himself the system one calls numerology. Pythagoras had only paved the way to the observation of numbers as archetypes rather than mere numerals.
In 325 A.D., following the First Council of Nicaea, departures from the beliefs of the state Church were classified as civil violations within the Roman Empire. Numerology had not found favor with the Christian authority of the day and was assigned to the field of unapproved beliefs along with astrology and other forms of divination and "magic".[citation needed] Despite this religious purging, the spiritual significance assigned to the heretofore "sacred" numbers had not disappeared; several numbers, such as the "Jesus number" have been commented and analyzed by Dorotheus of Gaza and numerology still is used at least in conservative Greek Orthodox circles.[5][6] Numerology is prominent throughout Sir Thomas Browne's 1658 literary Discourse The Garden of Cyrus. Throughout its pages the author attempts to demonstrate that the number five and the related Quincunx pattern can be found throughout the arts, in design, and in nature - particularly botany.
Modern numerology has various antecedents. Ruth A. Drayer's book, Numerology, The Power in Numbers (Square One Publishers) says that around the turn of the century (from 1800 to 1900 A.D.) Mrs. L. Dow Balliett combined Pythagoras' work with Biblical reference. Then on Oct 23, 1972, Balliett's student, Dr. Juno Jordan, changed Numerology further and helped it to become the system known today under the title "Pythagorean", although Pythagoras himself had nothing to do with the system.
This is my (adult) son. He is both Karmic and Life Path 1-- quite a character. He's such a cut-up, and often surprises people who don't know how intelligent he is, until there's a project to be spearheaded/facilitated. Lifepath number 1’s are not superior but not humble. If a leader thinks of themselves as superior, they are a boss, not a leader. Leaders see everyone as equals just like Jesus sees everyone through unconditional Love. Words must be thoughtfully projected as words have influence towards audiences.
Other than that, number ones do feel quite alone walking the path as we learned a lot from our past mistakes to teach others through wisdom.

I think it has to do with the lessons attached to people with a life path 1. A lot of them are learning lessons having to do with self confidence and wanting to be left alone all the time . Lessons is to develope self confidence and getting out there with people and relating to other people. They tend to be independent people versus group people. Just bcz today ur a slave doesn't mean that u will remain so all ur life. If ur karmic number is 1 then all d qualities that a number 1 possess are ingrained within u, u just gotta find ur aim. Besides that there is always a possibility that u will achieve great success by doing something of ur own bcz number 1 arnt meant take orders all life long. So there may b great things that might b lying ahead for u in future..

I'm life path 1, but have social anxiety. And I do take leadership roles only when I have to because no one else took it. And everyone else is doing there own thing and not getting anything done 😅. Like one time in a group project, I'm like guys we have to do this and that, and I assigned everyone a job. And then the following days I saw everyone just coming to me for what we should do next. And with out knowing it , I had become their leader.. but I did it because I wasn't about to lower my GPA 😣

Awesome video man, i had no idea on how writing your name will create vibrations out into the world. I recently changed my name but only one letter. I was born with the name 'Daron Donte Gaskins' but changed it legally to 'Duron Donte Gaskins' last year. I just have to continually write 'Duron' to get that 9 vibration. 7 plays really big in my life though so i don't necessarily want to knock down 'Daron' but my name was never pronounced 'Darren' anyways, it was always 'Duron' so i might as well have changed it.
I feel also that if you were born on a day that has 1 or a combination of other numbers holds true too. For example, I was born on the 18th day. I've been placed in situations at jobs where I'm held as the one in charge, or customers thought i was the manager . I even got promoted really fast into adminstrator and had employees under me in less than 2 years. Past managers when i was young wanted to make me into a manager but was shy and declined. I am giving and want to help too (1+8=9)

I can agree to some extent, though i am not a leader, but i have leading ability. Also my sun is strong and exalted, lots of courage as i am told by others. I was matured since childhood, when other still hang on to their parents, i am very independent, and surely some arrogance is or distance is detected.

I have a question, once you talk about numerology you use the calendar based on when jesus was born. for example 9/19/1958 but I was born in Iran and we use different calendar which is sun calendar and based on that I was born 03/07/1337 which is equal to 09/25/1958 I think, and as you know it can be changed every year or more based on western calendar.

Hey I don't know if you have a video about this, but I have learned through my own observations that by adding your Karmic number (day) by the month number you get another number that can also affect your personality and skills. So like adding your DOB you have 11 + 7 = 9. What would you call this number, because I've seen it to also be important in people's behavior.
