Can confirm. I've been voting Dem for 20+ years. I consider myself a left leaning centrist, and there is absolutely no way I will vote for Biden again in 2024. I am not committed to voting for Trump since he has his own issues, but if he picked Tulsi as VP I would vote for him. Also every day that I have to watch more of the sham hush money trial it pushes me closer to voting for Trump. 8 years ago, and even in 2020, I thought all his "fake news" anti media stuff was ridiculous, but these days I'm starting to agree with him on a lot of it. I do believe a good bit of the stuff Tusi Gabbard says about the way the Democrats are using the government and the media to attack and silence political opponents.
Biden is cooked regardless though. He's 1000 years old. He can barely fumble through a friendly 1 on 1 CNN interview, and even then he says stuff like "people have the money to spend" in response to 30% increase in groceries. Biden can get f*cked. Biden was pretty much sold to us in 2020 as a one term president to get Trump out. He's been pretty terrible in his one term, and then him/his administration decided to run again instead of throwing support behind someone new which just shows us all that they care more about power than the country because Biden is not physically fit to be president.

Does anyone aged 18-25 answer their phone when it's an unknown number? Are polling companies paying for participants to fill out their questionnaire? This isn't the 90s anymore. We don't have home phones that track back to zip codes or neighborhoods. And after the last election polling wipeout, I don't believe polls anymore. Here in Florida, we've got abortion and marijuana on the ballot in November. There won't be a red wave, let alone a red trickle. We got purple drank coming to this picnic!
My girlfriend got a text out of the blue yesterday asking who she was voting for and gave her the list of candidates. Shes 51. So obviously they arent doing phone calls its all texting now. People will answer a text.
Those same 18-25 year old people aren’t going to vote in significant numbers anyway. When you have that much social anxiety you probably aren’t voting. Look at the poll info instead of speculating and you will see most are adapting to the times.
This is why you need to think critically. You can have false positives or false negatives. Last presidential election we had we had a false negative in terms of people voting for Trump. That is why the polls were off. Think for a bit before you say polls are off.
I think people think elections will go based upon the people immediately around them and their opinions. but normally certain counties and areas go one way or the other, so when the results come out the other way, they feel like it makes no sense.

You can vote to legalize marijuana and protect abortion and leave the rest of the ballot blank, vote third party or even vote for Trump and other republicans. Voters in states like Kentucky did just that. You turnout was high in 2018 and 2020 but dropped in 2022 and will likely drop far more. This is a different race post October 7th and a lot of young people including me are done. At work my Gen Z and millennial co-workers even have a joke that boomers and our boomer co-workers will be voting in this election and not us.
