The pitch slide sounds similar to overblowing a flute (like a shakuhachi will do that), and it’s like playing higher partials on a brass instrument. The stutter can be done in a few different ways depending on the flute you are using. It’s typically going to be a tongue stop, or a glottal stop. It might be considered a slow tremolo.
