I bought my first stick vacuum in December which was some random brand on Amazon but I thought I researched well. I used it multiple days a day for 7 days (lots of cats and cat litter). Towards the end of the week I noticed it was dying pretty quickly. By day 7-8 it wouldn’t automatically drop the power which might have been a feature but I don’t think so, as it would drop and not go back up. I did more research and took a chance on this Levoit. 7 months later and I still use it daily. The suction seems to be a little worse so I have to use high power more often but I likely need to clean all the filters and everything. I did not know I could get another battery for it so thank you for that!! 😊
Seems to be fluctuating in price quite a bit, currently back up to $200 on my end. If you’re looking to buy wait until they discount it to at least $140 since that’s the lowest I’ve seen so far (USD).
3:47 yes. Levoit did well here avoiding the soft roller design and went with carpet head with a mouth in the middle, but with guides/rails-good suction at despite budget level power. Wished it had large battery though, I need almost 60min. at low power. They do have other cordless vacs that you might you to look into
😞It does not stand on its own contrary to the review, mentioned at 2:20. I’ve bought one using your referral link in EU, it arrived today and it does absolutely not stand upright on its own. Is this something that is different in the EU? Why? Can EU customers exchange the parts so that it does hold up on its own?
Omg i came back cause of this also in EU 😂 i thought i was doing something wrong but it comes with a easy and small wall mount so i don’t mind too much
Aperently somebody in a comment above asked Levoit costumer service and the european version is mot supposed to stand up. Dont quotr me on that, by i suppose one could try to buy an "american" big brush, wish probably should fit the european version too? But you would have to find one selled seperatly of course and there would eb no gurantee
Just bought one and had to come back to this video to double check that in fact they say that, as mine doesn't stand up on its own aswell. It seems that if I just cut a tiny bit of the plastic parts, it will, I might try that.
Just received mine today. Got it for $170 on Amazon. The battery comes with 3 LED lights on the side that indicate the battery level. The only issue I had was that the crevice/brush tool did not click in place, so when I would try to use the brush and applied slight pressure, it would unclick and slide back. This may be a defective part on my end, but I did see other Amazon reviews with the same issue. Overall an amazing recommendation and purchase!!
It seems incredibly good for the price, here in the UK Amazon even have a discount code. What are the buttons/contacts on the sides of the handle for? Does it shut off automatically if you let go of the handle?
As a European who just bought this vacuum: I contacted Levoit after noticing that mine doesn't stand upright on itself. They informed me that the European market model is not meant to stand on its own, so make not of this if you intend on buying it.
Just bought one based on this review. Amazon has as $30 off coupon right now. My first stick vacuum and just need it for light duty so I think this will be perfect.
How its filters fare? I have Tineco A10. It also good at filtration, but filters get dirty pretty fast as it has only one main cyclone. Does this vacuum has similar problem?
Hi :) I just bought this vacuum and I love it. My only issue is that on carpet it makes higher pitched whining noise. Did you experience that at all or should I contact Levoit?
@@Brechtm8Apperently the EU-Version can't stand, because some regulation and/or only the american version is able to stand on it's own - all others seem to get a small wallmpunt instead. According to other comments, that say, they contaced support about that.
Manufacturers avoid the self-standing feature because, this type of vacuum is fairly unstable with all the weight high up and it might cause damage if it were to fall over. Does anyone know how stable this unit is when standing on its nozzle?
@@VacuumWars Took delivery of the Levoit today and, while i'm happy with the machine overall, it doesn't stand on its own. I'm in the U.K. and on closer inspection of the Amazon description it doesn't stand upright for “regulatory reasons”. I can see how and why it won't stand on its own and i think i'm gonna have to get the Dremel out. Still, like i said, very pleased with it and thank you!
Finally decided NOT to go with this one. The odd shaped handle and the lack of wall hanger made my mind - I plan to use it a lot for ad-hoc "above floor" cleaning and quick access to attachments and a wall hanger are a must for this. Ordered Sharp SAVP3501BS... it comes with lots of attachment and even a hose, let's see how it goes.
Please please do a review of the Xiaomi x20+ robot vac. It's equipped with almost all the features of the premium ones and it sold-out here in Europe for just €350. It's almost too cheap to believe, please do a review of it. I'm sure it will be the new convenience class king
I need to see this being used to clean a car. (Of course an actual test, most of the ones I find are montage and even then they are bad xD) Im curious about this one

2:24 "due to (EU) certification requirements product cannot stand on its own" This is bullshit. :D I bought the vaccum partially because I though it would stand on it's own, as explained in this review. Still, I'll be keeping it, mainly because of the superb filtration. Thanks for the review!

Can anyone comment on the longevity of this vacuum.. not expecting extreme lasts 10 yrs.. but at that price point i think you should get 3-4+ years out of it..
Same question I have - but it seems to be model thats not that old yet (1 years tops) ... but as of now, levoit say they gove a 2 years gurantee on the motor & 3 years on the whole thing pr rather the rest. Lets hope it doesn't fail right afterwards ^^
hello there! i'm new here & absolutely not experienced in this topic. could you please recommend, which option you'd go for? 1. levoit lwac-200 (2.200mAh, suction power 56 kpa, 120€) 2. prettycare wp1 (2.500mAh, suction power 28kpa, 70€) p.s. i don't have animals and not planning to vacuum large particles, i need it for floors + sofa + mattress. thanks in advance 🥺

Shortlist it for black Friday
They sure did, but It’s back to $140 right now! Hopefully that lasts

I needed to know too, kindly post if you got the answers
Even though it’s new, it looks so familiar, I think it’s due to the fact that a lot stick vacuums like this look similar.
