Juicy, beautiful and delicious apple pie. It's so delicious that I make it almost every day! Incredibly quick and easy cake! Everyone loves this recipe, it is very tasty 😋 👍 Thank you everyone for 👍

✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
4 apples
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fry at medium power for 3-4 minutes.

2 eggs
a pinch of salt
10 g vanilla sugar (2 tsp)
120 grams sugar (3/5 cup)
100 ml vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
50 ml milk (1/4 cup)
180 g flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
7 grams baking powder (1.5 tsp)
Sliced almonds.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
Decorate with powdered sugar
Baking dish 24 cm (9 inches)

Very nice 👍 and very economical. The syrup is quite nice, lemon flavored. Sometimes some people add a tiny piece of fresh ginger to enhance the flavor. This cake would be even more lovely if taken with fresh cream or cream cheese 😋. Lovely 🌹, Kristy, 🌹, thank you.

I enjoy ALL of your recipes. I think the secret in baking is how to prepare the ingredients. Many recipes tell to just mix all ingredients together, but that isnt the best way. The way you prepared the apples...that is very smart and the best way to bring out the flavors. Watching you prepare is easier to understand than reading or someone speaking the directions. Its best to know how it should look to know when its been mixed enough. Thank you once again!! ❤❤ i have apples!! I bought them because i wanted to be sure i had for the next recipe you showed with apples! But, i dont have almonds! But, thats ok...i won't use this time...and hope it will be ok! La torta è buona però le mele sbucciatele prima di metterle nella torta altrimenti sembrerà che mangiate croccantini per i cani....
