I was watching this game live. This literally could of been 100-0. St. louis pretty much took it easy and put in third stringers from the start of the 2nd half. Biggest takeaway was the lines. St. louis was just pushing narbonne's lines around and imposing their will.

About 1.1 million high school football players and 14000 high schools play football every year. Big fucking deal if 2 out of 14000 high school football teams play each other and about 100 players out of 1.1 million go out and play. It is just some kids doing what they love. High school football is two totally separate entities now its schools with built in advantages that recruit and have money to make their programs great year in year out and regular high school teams who use kids from the school and towns that go to the school. Both are fun to watch I don’t hate on the schools that recruit it’s their choice and right to do so but I also don’t like when people get excited and talk smack when those schools beat up the schools that don’t have those advantages and options.

Hawaii has the most physical style of High School football in the country. Hands down, no comparison. Mainland kids are soft. Used to coach high school football in Hawaii. Met 3 coaches from California, Utah and Pennsylvania at the All Poly camp in Hawaii. All 3 coaches couldn’t believe how physical the style of Hawaii football and hawaii kids are.

Which state you from? 4A is different from others but I would say overall it compares to the inner city Dallas Or Houston Districts from 6A in that they are the one team that pulls from all areas in the school district and have no competition in their league. Example here is Skyline in Dallas and Lamar In Houston
4A was/is the highest division in the City Section. City section football is not the same as it used to be when banning n carson were playing for the national championship back in the day. Those schools are like 2miles away from each other. Pulling from the same talent pool and yet they were playing for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. .crazy. .anyway. . A lot of the greats moved out the hood and sent there offspring to private schools like Bosco n Serra. Lack of good coaching, gang issues, among other things killed the city section. Which is why Narbonne has gone unchecked for a while. They get exposed outside of the city against well coached teams.
Things are clearly not the same. When I watch mainland teams play they are far better than Hawaii teams and they play in stadiums bigger than Hawaiis university. NFL scouts at every game. It’s just a different level entirely.

Judging by the Long Beach Poly vs Narbonne Game. Poly did not even start the first team offense, the first half of the game and should have scored 3 times with mostly second stringers. High school football is two totally separate entities now its schools with built in advantages that recruit and have money to make their programs great year in year out and regular high school teams who use kids from the school and towns that go to the school. Both are fun to watch I don’t hate on the schools that recruit it’s their choice and right to do so but I also don’t like when people get excited and talk smack when those schools beat up the schools that don’t have those advantages and options.
Well here you go proof that Hawai’i high school can compete with any high school in the nation, Saint Louis beat down bishop Gorman, Mililani beat liberty patriots, and Punahu beat Long Beach Poly in California, we are just as talented as everybody in the lower 48 enough said!

Hawaii has the most physical style of High School football in the country. Hands down, no comparison. Mainland kids are soft. Used to coach high school football in Hawaii. Met 3 coaches from California, Utah and Pennsylvania at the All Poly camp in Hawaii. All 3 coaches couldn’t believe how physical the style of Hawaii football and hawaii kids are.

Which state you from? 4A is different from others but I would say overall it compares to the inner city Dallas Or Houston Districts from 6A in that they are the one team that pulls from all areas in the school district and have no competition in their league. Example here is Skyline in Dallas and Lamar In Houston

4A was/is the highest division in the City Section. City section football is not the same as it used to be when banning n carson were playing for the national championship back in the day. Those schools are like 2miles away from each other. Pulling from the same talent pool and yet they were playing for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. .crazy. .anyway. . A lot of the greats moved out the hood and sent there offspring to private schools like Bosco n Serra. Lack of good coaching, gang issues, among other things killed the city section. Which is why Narbonne has gone unchecked for a while. They get exposed outside of the city against well coached teams.

Narbonne bye passes Bosco who gets knocked off by Mater Dei. Even thou Bosco probably better than Narbonne you have to be a section champ to play in a State championship. In Narbonne case it's better to loss to St. Louis by a lot of points because they are not fully loaded than lose by one point to a weaker team.That's the secret to become a state champion.St. Louis will never become a national champion because they won't play better teams in the mainland their to afraid to lose. The Carson Colts fullback Marvin Morris and Banning Pilots Big Frank Manumalaleuna they dominated they is arguably the best Polynesians ever they played on or off the Island.I get their is some great Polynesians players on the Islands making up some great programs but it lacks speed. You mix that Polynesian strength and that Los Angles City Narbonne player they have speed which you can beat those Mater Dei, Boscos who those schools recruit Nationally since their private football factories . Narbonne mixes it up pretty good them being a public intercity school I'm pretty proud of that fact they can compete with these power houses. It's hasn't been an easy effort for Narbonne. In fact it takes a lot of will.

Even thou your QB got picked by Narbonne, he did throw on the run pretty well. Narbonne faces rival Long Beach Poly this next game coming up for them. They is faster than St. Louis (Hawaii) if Narbonne plays badly again Poly new coach will be the man in Los Angeles City. If your an receiver and you are getting covered the way Narbonne did if you can get away with a push to get the ball and the referee's aren't making calls make the push usually the offensive player won't get called on that play. Judging by the Long Beach Poly vs Narbonne Game. Poly did not even start the first team offense, the first half of the game and should have scored 3 times with mostly second stringers. If not for 3 turnovers by the second team offense the score would have gotten ugly. The first string Poly offense came in and scored 3 times in the 3rd quarter. So this tells me St Louis just beat a depleted team that is all.
