What makes the water starting flowing out of the small white pipes (given that water-level is below ground-level)? Is the big white pipe held at slight vacuum or something?
This is not a good method of jetting,, its complicated. use a jetting pump for supplying pressurised water, and use a crane to up and down the m.s jetting pipe.
