Can you do a 50-100div build with ice strike/bell that can kill boss quickly but use tempest flurry to move at the same time? Maybe it doesnt need to be 15increase attack speed but at around 10 like you said

Why the fire damage on charged staff? I didnt see any passive or gem that gets damage based on recent elements

i gotta tell you how lucky you are for getting a 991 evasion armour for 10 ex because most armour with that much evasion cost 1 div xDD
