Great video, but at 6:31 you say "big, bulky curtains." I'm assuming you mean get rid of the big, bulky curtains to make the space look cleaner and less cluttered. I'm just not sure. Also, as a retired designer, matte or flat walls with semi-gloss trim look elegant or more expensive. If you're living in the house with pets or kids, egg-shell is best, but matte walls are beautiful. YMMV.
I saw your content-it’s creative and well-made. However, I noticed it’s not getting the views, likes, or comments it deserves. The main issue seems to be the SEO of your videos, which is crucial for reaching the right audience. As a RUclips SEO expert, I’d like to help. I can optimize one or two videos for free as a trial. If you’re happy with the results, we can discuss working together further. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi @chrissyCAGirl I totally get it, but you'd be surprised how many sellers are unwilling to do these basic things or just don't realize how important it is. Here in Austin there are so many listings on the market that are not at their best. It's a Buyers market right now so it's really important for sellers to do all they can. Thanks for your note, i'll make another video covering the extra touches that you can do to add value that won't be just the basics:)
😂😂😂, home owners more broke than you think. Buy what you can afford, keep it for 15+ years, and you too may be able to sell your home for a profit. I'm being sarcastic, but the reality is that as long as people are willing and able to buy houses and the current prices and interest rates, prices aren't going to drop. I recommend that anyone trying to buy their first home, get your credit right, pay off your debts, make a really shoe string budget, save as much as you can and really hunt for a fixer upper. RUclips gave me so much confidence to replace and repair drywall, paint my house interior, upgrade lighting fixtures, install LVP flooring, baseboards, etc! I turned my basic tiny starter home into something I am proud to live in and have people over and it's honestly pretty inexpensive to do one or two small projects a month. Sweat equity goes a long way when you don't have alot of money.

These strategies are so basic. I was hoping for something more unexpected.

Not sure where you are getting your stats about homeowners being “rich”…. 😮
