You're right about the new LC250 being like the GX platform. The LC250 is what the rest of the world is getting as their Prado - and the North American version of the Prado are the GXs. I think the diehard LC guys are frustrated they didn't go back to solid axle; but Toyota is looking to sell to suburban moms, too, and so need to proved the comfort of the IFS. Still gonna be a great capable rig and I'm excited to see what kind of performance they offer in real world off road, and the cool aftermarket support that will come with it.

I'm a Jeep guy, but that 4Runner right after your contest add (7.24) was freaking amazing. That thing is ALLLL Cool Factor! Seeing that even rip down the road would be cool. They can't rid of the 4runner!?! It's TEN TIMES more beautiful then this new Landcruiser... That everyone is lieing about. Saying it looks great? Everyone is to chicken to say it looks like crap. Looks like a squared off FJ Cruiser that went away. They had WAY better cruisers styles to go retro with (FJ40!?!)
